LegalSquire Licenses

LegalSquire has three Editions to fit your needs, the Enterprise Edition, the Small Business Edition, and the Hosted Edition.

LegalSquire – Enterprise Edition
Customer controls the software and data on their own server
Includes 5 Online User Licenses
Allows you to add additional Online and Offline Users Licenses
Includes 20 Offline User Licenses
LegalSquire - Small Business Edition
Customer controls the software and data on their own server
Includes 2 Online User Licenses
Includes 10 Offline User Licenses
Does not support additional Online and Offline User Licenses
LegalSquire – Hosted Edition
Low up-front cost with simple monthly service charge
ZylTec takes care of managing the software so you don't have to
Any number of Online User Licenses may be purchased
Does not support Offline User Licenses

Offline User Licenses allow you to send e-mail notifications to those that do not have login access to the software itself (for example, notifying an employee or client of an upcoming expiration date).

LegalSquire Maintenance Contract

For those who purchased a software license for either the LegalSquire Enterprise Edition or the Small Business Edition, ZylTec offers an annual Maintenance Contract to ensure that your software is supported and up to date.

Upgrades
Receive any upgrades for no additional charge, allowing you to benefit from any improvements to LegalSquire since your purchase.
Patches
Any bug fixes will be provided as well, so even if you do find something wrong with LegalSquire, the fix may well be available to you already.
Technical Support
Receive support for any technical issues you may have, such as installation issues, backup planning, data migration, and performance tuning.
User Support
Any issues that your users have beyond the skills and experience of your own helpdesk to handle will also be supported.

Support may be provided via e-mail, chat, online forums, or telephone during ZylTec's normal business hours. While a support technician is often available for after-hours issues, we make no guarantee that such will be available.

LegalSquire Warranty

LegalSquire includes a 90 day warranty free of charge. For support beyond the 90 days, and to gain access to future upgrades and patches, you will need to purchase an annual Maintenance Contract. The Maintenance Contract includes one year of online and telephone support, upgrades, patches and access to our support forums.
