How long is the product supported?
LegalSquire includes a 90 day warranty free of charge. For support beyond the 90 days, and to gain access to future upgrades and patches, you will need to purchase an annual Maintenance Contract. The Maintenance Contract includes one year of online and telephone support, upgrades, patches and access to our support forums.
What do upgrades cost?
Upgrades and patches are provided to all customers that have purchased an annual Maintenance Contract or are customers of the Hosted Edition.
Can I log in using my name and password on multiple computers at the same time?
No, your name and password can only be logged in on one computer at a time. You will need to log off from one to log into another.
Can I share my user name and password with other co-workers so they can access the program?
No, you will need to have a license for each person who will be using the software.
Does my purchase include any training?
Although the LegalSquire program requires minimal training, there may be instances where your company would like some additional assistance. As well as the training located in the manual provided to you with the software, your purchase of LegalSquire may also include complimentary training via WebEx, GoToMeeting, or equivalent, depending upon which edition is purchased.
